Non-Responsibility Acknowledgment I acknowledge that Emerge Colorado is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of any personal items I choose to store, whether due to negligence, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance.
Storage Location and Term I understand that my personal items will be stored at the following location:5100 W 38th St, Denver, CO 80212Storage will be provided for a period of six (6) months from the date below. Upon the end of this term, an extension may be considered and granted at the discretion of Emerge Colorado.
Voluntary Use of Storage I understand that the use of storage space provided by Emerge Colorado is entirely voluntary and offered as a supportive service, not as a requirement or condition of participation in any program or service.
Hold Harmless Agreement I agree to hold harmless and release Emerge Colorado, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with the storage of my personal property.
Cancellation of Storage Privileges I understand that Emerge Colorado reserves the right to discontinue storage services at any time at its sole discretion, particularly in the event of relapse, violation of program rules, or non-compliance with accountability requirements. In such cases, I will be given reasonable notice and an opportunity to retrieve my belongings.
Responsibility for Retrieval I agree to retrieve my belongings in a timely manner, as communicated by Emerge Colorado. I understand that unclaimed items may be discarded or donated after notice is provided and the designated storage term has ended or been terminated.
