Application Process

1) Intake Documentation (30-45 min) (independently completed)

2) Treatment Screening (30 min) (scheduled meeting)

3) BioPsychSocial (BPS) Assessment with a clinician (45 - 60 min) (scheduled meeting)

4) Commitment Meeting to review Treatment Plan Goals and Services (30 min) (scheduled meeting)

5) Upon approval, your program, housing assignment, and/or phone will be delivered to your sponsoring professional or to you directly.
