Emerge Connect

A cellphone plan for individuals in recovery. Designed for access and accountability. 

As participants in the Emerge Connect program, Peers receive a cell phone with mobile service and data through our T-mobile carrier partnership.

 

Peers will enroll in a 3+ month peer driven accountability program. 

 

The goal driving this program is to mitigate barriers as peers navigate work, community, and other steps necessary for rebuilding their life while nurturing connection and support.

Emerge Connect Professionals

A skills based program offering a cell phone plan and a laptop for individuals in recovery.

As participants in the Emerge Connect Professionals program, in addition to a phone plan, peers receive a laptop and technical skills training on these tools.

The goal driving this program is to empower peers as they navigate work, school, and other steps necessary for rebuilding their life while nurturing connection and support.
