Emerge Connect

Peers have an opportunity to apply for a 3 month peer coaching accountability program. Peers will be offered an active cell phone in turn for a commitment to follow a set of requirements.

The goal driving this program is to mitigate barriers as peers navigate work, community, and other steps necessary for rebuilding their life.

All CO Medicaid RAE's accepted.
