Through our Emerge Colorado program we offer access to experiential practices and to professional resources that are not commonly available to the individuals in recovery that we work with.

To Professional Resources...

Paid work, continued education, medical aftercare, therapy, peer coaching, family connection, and community navigation are important components to a supported recovery. We offer two programs to help assure access:
Emerge Connect Wireless: Cellphone and wireless plan + peer-based accountability program.
Emerge Connect Professionals: Cellphone, wireless plan, laptop + peer-based professional skills training.

In Treatment Environments
All CO Medicaid RAE's accepted.
In Detox & Residential
Emerge facilitates peer-based experiential group sessions providing 1-2 hours of select experiential practices, trauma-informed activities and dialogue.
Emerge sessions are held on-site at the detox or residential treatment facility or, when transport is authorized, at a local community partner location.
Emerge sessions are most impactful with 8-15 participants.
In Out-patient Programs
Emerge facilitates recovery circles as well as experiential group sessions providing customized set of experiential practices and trauma-informed activities and dialogue
Emerge sessions can be held on-site, at an out-patient program's facility or at a local community partner. Transport can be provided, depending on location.
Recovery circles and Emerge sessions are most impactful within 8-15 participants.
In the Community
Emerge facilitates in-person and virtual recovery circles and experiential group sessions to peers referred by local community organizations.
Emerge also offers individualized peer coaching upon request.
Experiential sessions are also held on a rolling schedule with local community partners.

Emerge Connect
A cellphone plan for individuals in recovery. Designed for access and accountability.
As participants in the Emerge Connect program, Peers receive a cell phone with mobile service and data through our T-mobile carrier partnership.
Peers will enroll in a 3+ month peer driven accountability program.
The goal driving this program is to mitigate barriers as peers navigate work, community, and other steps necessary for rebuilding their life while nurturing connection and support.

Body Rising
IOP+Peer Recovery Program
In partnership with Lifeline Mental Health, Emerge is providing a fitness and experiential based program focused on nurturing mind and body wellness recovery.
The Body Rising program utilizes the practice of discipline, self-awareness, opening, and community to support recovery.
Location: The IOP portion is located in a cross-fit style gym in north Denver. Peer sessions are both virtual and in-person.
The goal is for transformation to be visible and feel tangible.
